Planner Plan 1 lives inside Microsoft Teams and the browser, right where your people already work every day.

Each project is organised in task boards styled like sticky notes, in a spreadsheet style grid, or on a timeline with a Gantt chart, and everyone picks the view they are comfortable with.

Each task carries an owner, a due date, a priority and progress, and every person sees their pending work across all projects in one place.

Goals tie day to day tasks back to the quarter's objectives, so the team can see why they are doing what they are doing.

It is the right licence for coordinators, team leads and groups that run projects collaboratively but do not need advanced planning.

One important note: this plan does not include the Project desktop application. Anyone building complex schedules, levelling resources and working with baselines needs Plan 3.

In practice they work well together: the project lead sits on Plan 3 and the rest of the team on Plan 1, which costs considerably less.

Paying for the full year upfront locks in your rate for twelve months and aligns renewal with your budget cycle.
