Instead of requesting a report and waiting two days, a manager opens their dashboard and sees today's sales, overdue receivables, inventory and target progress, filtering by branch, salesperson or period with one click.

Reports are published to the cloud and shared with the people who should see them, at the level of detail each person is entitled to.

They are viewed from the browser and from mobile, so management reviews the numbers while out of the office.

One important warning before buying: Power BI Pro is licensed per user, both for the person building the reports and for everyone consuming them. If you are sharing a dashboard with ten people, those ten people need licences.
